The individual room option is the most popular shared apartment option.
A non sharing bedroom (also known as the Standard option) with own en-suite bathroom. Situated within an apartment that has a secondary adjacent bedroom.
The adjacent room could have another 1 or 2 students occupying (depending on their accommodation option). The kitchen is shared by all occupants.

Apartments are partly furnished with the essentials required for our residents to be comfortable (a bed, study desk, chair, fridge, microwave and stove).
Pre-installed with prepaid electricity meters as well as fibre routers for the tenants account.* (services provided by our preferred suppliers – CitiQ & Herotel*)

There is a variety of residences that offer individual room options for male and female students.
