To assist the call of high volumes of students, we have uniquely created various residences that are not only safe but allows for residents to grow independently in environments that are conducive to learning and would allow them to thrive.
The safety & security of our residents is of vital importance to us. 24/7 Security and a student support service is available from 20h00pm to 07h00am to make your stay comfortable.
In addition, biometric/facial recognition security access systems are placed throughout the residences. Our residences are the only accommodations that feature 24/7 security & CCTV in Potchefstroom.
Our generators maintain all our security features and communal areas during loadshedding – however will not power the units.
Our residences are conducive to learning as well as equipped for students to enjoy an active social life (social facilities include lush gardens & free to use Gyms*).
Certain residences are also NSFAS accredited. Most of our residences are also within walking distance of NWU campus & various shopping amenities (OK Foods, Van Schaik bookstore and more), allowing students to safely walk to where they need to be.
We assist students in personal and academic adaptation, and ensure that their living environment is a life experience. Our team from Oppikampus is here to support your child/ren should the need arise and to build a relationship for their period of study. Private non-sharing bachelor apartments located in a secure residential block. Open plan kitchen with a living / study area. Single bedroom with a bathroom.

Spacious apartments with an open plan kitchen / living / study area with separate bedroom and bathroom. Luxury finishes and some units have balconies.
